Refund Policy

At Kitchen Bath and Closet Cabinets Showroom, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers in Roswell, Woodstock, Marietta, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, and Canton are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that plans can change, which is why we have established a clear refund policy. This policy is designed to protect both our clients and our business, ensuring a fair and transparent process for all transactions.

Refund Eligibility

1. 24-Hour Cancellation for All Orders: Customers who submit a written cancellation letter within 24 hours from the time of payment will be eligible for a full refund. This policy applies to all orders, including both stock and custom cabinet purchases.

2. Stock Cabinets Cancellation: For stock cabinet orders canceled after the 24-hour grace period but within 72 hours from the time of payment, a 35% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with restocking and processing the canceled order. Refunds are not available for cancellations made more than 72 hours after the time of payment.

3. Custom Cabinets Cancellation: If a customer has ordered custom cabinets and provided a deposit, and our designer has already supplied the design, a refund of 50% of the deposit is available with a written notice provided within 24 hours from the time of payment. This partial refund compensates for the work and resources invested in the custom design process. Cancellations made more than 72 hours after the payment will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-refundable Circumstances

Outside the conditions listed above, refunds are generally not available. This includes scenarios where:

  • The cancellation request is made beyond the specified time frames for both stock and custom orders.
  • Work has already commenced based on the customer’s approval, including the procurement of materials or the start of production or customization processes.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Draft a written notice of cancellation that includes your order details and your desire to cancel.
  2. Send your cancellation notice to our customer service team via email at or deliver it in person to our showroom located 4706 Woodstock rd., 101, Roswell, GA.
  3. Our team will review your request against our refund policy and inform you of the outcome. We aim to process all requests promptly and will communicate with you throughout the process.
